Dr. Doll is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. He received his medical degree in 1985 from Oral Roberts University, then completed residency and fellowship at the University of Florida, where he also served as chief resident.
He is affiliated with TMH and CRMC and is medical director of DaVita Dialysis in Quincy and Perry. He is the president of the Florida Society of Nephrology. He has served on the board of directors at both hospitals and was chairman of the medical staff at TMH.
He serves on the Capital Medical Society Foundation Board where he chairs the committee overseeing the We Care Network program. He is on the medical review boards for Network 7 and the NKF of Florida. Dr. Doll is a clinical preceptor for the Florida State University College of Medicine.
HARI K. KOLLI, M.D., M.P.H
Dr. Kolli is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology & Hypertension. He received his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India in 2002. He received a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Iowa in 2005. He performed his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Buffalo, Buffalo, NY from 2005 to 2010. Dr. Kolli joined NFNA in 2010 and is a Board Certified Specialist in Hypertension. He is affiliated with Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare and Capital Regional Medical Center, Medical Director of in-patient Dialysis unit at Capital Regional Medical Center and he is medical director of DaVita Dialysis East. Dr. Kolli is a clinical preceptor for students and residents of the Florida State University College of Medicine.
KAUSHAL P. PATEL, M.D.
Dr. Patel is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He received his medical degree from Government Medical College in Bhavnagar, India in 2003. He performed his residency in Internal Medicine at Orlando Regional Medical Center, Orlando, Florida from 2006 to 2008. He performed his fellowship in Nephrology at University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida from 2009 to 2011. Dr. Patel joined NFNA in 2011. He is affiliated with Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare and Capital Regional Medical Center, Medical Director of in-patient Dialysis unit at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and he is Medical Director of DaVita Dialysis South. Dr. Patel is a clinical preceptor for students and residents of the Florida State University College of Medicine
JENNIFER OETTING, APRN, MSN, FNP-C
Jennifer joined North Florida Nephrology Associates in 2022 where she works closely with the nephrologists to provide care to patients in the acute, inpatient setting as well as in our outpatient nephrology clinic. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner and holds privileges at HCA Florida Capital Hospital, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, and Encompass Rehabilitation Center.
Prior to nursing Jennifer attended the University of West Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. She worked in conservation in both California and Florida for eight years prior to returning to school for her nursing degree.
Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Florida State University in 2011 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. She has prior nursing experience in the perioperative setting, women's health, labor and delivery, and urgent care.
CASSIE CORBIN, APRN
Cassie Corbin is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her nursing degree from Chipola College in Marianna, Florida in 2001. She received a bachelor’s degree from University of West Florida in 2011, then a Masters Nurse Practitioners Degree from Albany State University in 2015. She has worked in dialysis for 14 years and joined NFNA in June of 2015. Cassie sees patients in the office and rounds at all out-patient DaVita dialysis clinics.
SONIA MANOCHA, PA-C
Sonia Manocha is a board-certified physician assistant. She received a bachelor’s degree in human biology, with minors in nutrition and psychology, from North Carolina State University in 2019. Shortly after, she completed her Masters in physician assistant studies from South University in Savannah, Georgia in 2023. During PA school Ms. Manocha completed multiple clinical rotations including, but not limited to, Nephrology and Urology. She joined NFNA in 2023 and works alongside all of the physicians, covering the inpatient service at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. She also provides care to patients with kidney disease in the outpatient clinic.
Ms. Manocha is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is certified in advanced cardiac life support.
